Ouch! Just the idea of tearing a butt muscle sounds painful; I can barely stand it when my butt muscles ache from exercising!! I don’t really have much to say other than I hope you get better soon!

Aww, thank you for the kind words!  And yeah, it’s pretty painful.  Mainly feels like a giant bruise deep in my ass, making it and my hip swell…  But I’ll live!
